A Reason To Smile

Plan and Prepare

Senior Portraits

Deciding what to wear for your portrait session is important. For your casual session, bring an outfit that expresses your personality; solid colors work best.

Iron wrinkled clothing prior to your session. There will be full length photos, so remember to bring matching shoes, socks, jewelry etc.

If you are into sports or music, or have a particular interest or accomplishment, bring something that represents the activity. For example, a football, a guitar, an award, etc.

Girls

Get a good night’s sleep.

Paint your nails (clear or neutral colors work best).

Style your hair before your session. Choose a hairstyle that you are most comfortable with. If you are getting your hair cut, it’s best to do it a week before your session.

Limit your time in the sun to avoid burns and tan lines.

Apply make-up before you arrive, and also bring it with you for touch-ups. Apply concealer, if necessary, to minimize blemishes.

Photos will be retouched, so relax and enjoy your session!
